Sunday Workout (Stroke day +8)


Summary: I made it back, first time after stroke.  Long swims were slower than expected, shorter swims (75s and 50s)pretty much as before.   Great sunny day.  Good to be back.  

 Peggy C. coaching  a mixed group of 9 or 10. 
Old hands on hand: Ann F. and Kim  S./Swim.

Warm up: 200 (or 300) yards on own, followed by 4 x (kick 50; swim/stoke 150)
Set #1: 3 x (free 200, easy 50)  Progressively faster
Set #2: 3 x (free 150, 50 easy)  Progressively faster
Set #3: 4 x (free 75 on 2:00 ? )
Set #4  3 x (sprint 50)
Warm down: 200 yards
